60 minute individual mental health counseling
Standard length of time I would recommend. If you wish to receive EMDR therapy, we will meet for 60 minutes to ensure quality care.
Rates:
$130 per session
$120 if paying with cash or Zelle

45 Minute individual mental health counseling
A slightly shorter session length can be just the right amount of time for some!
Rates:
$120 per session
$110 if paying with cash or Zelle

individual mental health counseling with Telehealth
Available for 60 minute sessions or 45 minutes. You will need to be physically located in the state of Ohio during the time of your session to meet over Telehealth because of current laws. I am currently only licensed in Ohio.
Rates remain the same as in person sessions.

90 or 120 minute mental health counseling with EMDR
Sometimes clients want a little more time when receiving EMDR Therapy. These extended length sessions may be available if deemed appropriate after discussion with Kati.
Rates:
$180 for 120 minutes ($170 when paying with cash or Zelle)
$155 for 90 minutes ($145 when paying with cash or Zelle)
I currently only accept private pay clients. However, I am happy to provide documentation (superbill) to provide to your insurance for you to receive potential reimbursement for your therapy services.
