Here are some resources that you may contact outside of my therapy practice and between sessions for extra support when needed.

Crisis

** If you or someone you know is in immediate crisis or danger, please get help as soon as possible. Although I try to make myself available to you, I am not able to provide crisis support between sessions. **

If you are unsure of if you are in a crisis, you may contact any of these resources and they may direct you to the appropriate resource.

What to do if you are in crisis:

Call or text the Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988. You may also chat with them online by visiting https://988lifeline.org

Or call 911 or have a friend/ family member take you to the nearest emergency room.

non-crisis support

If you are not in a crisis, but could use some added emotional support between sessions, you may contact a warm line. Google “Warm Lines Cincinnati” to find a local warm line.
